1-Year Standard Warranty

Most Haas products* – CNC machines, rotaries, and bar feeders – carry a full 1-year warranty on the entire machine, including the CNC control. And, by “full 1-year warranty,” we mean 8760 hours – that is, 365 x 24. (Some manufacturers define a year as 365 x 8 hours.) Complete warranty details are available in the machine Operator’s Manuals.

An extended warranty is available at the time of purchase from your authorized Haas distributor.

• If not available locally, warranty parts ship same-day 99.5% of the time

* Except EDU models, Desktop Machines, SR Series machines, and Shop Equipment, which carry a 6-month warranty.

1-Year Extended Warranty (added to 1-year standard warranty)

This option provides an additional 1-year extended warranty, and may be purchased at any time before the original warranty expires.

6-Month Standard Warranty

Shop Equipment 6-Month Warranty

Haas Shop Equipment includes a 6-month parts warranty, and service support by your local Haas Factory Outlet. On-site installation, training, service labor, and travel charges will apply. Contact your local Haas Factory Outlet.

Service Parts 90-Day Warranty and Return Policy

All Haas Parts orders shipped from Haas Automation Inc. in Oxnard, or Haas Automation Europe in Brussels, are final and not subject to return. If broken or not to print, contact your local HFO. All Haas Tooling orders are final and not subject to return.

NOTE: Parts that start with “93-” may contain some quantity of remanufactured parts.

We offer a 90-day parts and labor warranty on all repairs performed by HFO factory-certified technicians. Our 90-day warranty will not cover damage due to conditions beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, accident or misuse. We are unable to warranty or return parts that are not installed by an HFO factory-certified technician.

Core Parts: The customer is responsible for returning the “core” part to Haas Automation. The RMA label must be on the outside of the return with the barcode clearly visible, and freight must be prepaid.
