Automate Your Lathe Part Production

The Haas Bar Feeder is a simple and affordable way to automate part production on Haas turning centers to boost productivity. It is designed and built exclusively for use on Haas turning centers, and connects directly to the Haas control. An innovative rollaway design provides easy access to the rear of the lathe spindle for quick liner adapter and spindle liner changes.

NOTE: The V2 version of the Haas Bar Feeder is compatible with Haas lathes built after 03/01/2021, with NGC control. To use the V2 bar feeder on NGC lathes built prior to 03/01/2021, a software patch may be required (available through your local HFO). Haas Bar Feeder V2 version is NOT compatible with Haas lathes with the Classic Haas Control (Coldfire).

CAUTION: Running small-diameter material in any bar feeder can be a difficult application, and may require adjusting cutting parameters and workholding to obtain the required part quality. Small-diameter, flexible bars may “whip,” even at slower turning speeds, which can reduce accuracy and affect surface finish.

RUN 60" (1.5 m) BARS ON YOUR ST-10/Y WITH OUR EXTENDED SPINDLE LINER KIT

The Haas extended spindle liner system for ST-10 series lathes allows you to run bar stock up to 60" (1.5 m) with accuracy and stability. Includes an outboard stand to support the extended liners, and a kit of 11 precision liners in inch or metric sizes.

DK Custom Products

DK Custom Products was founded by Devin and Kevin to provide, “better than OEM” parts for Harley Davidson owners that drive their motorcycles long distances. After initially hand-fabricating parts, they invested in their first CNC, a Haas TM-2P to begin machining parts from billet. As production volumes grew, they added a Haas ST-20Y with Haas Barfeeder to machine cylindrical parts, with milling features, complete. And most recently, they added a VF-2SS for high-volume parts previously milled on the TM-2P.
