Kirschner Maschinen- und Metallbau GmbH is a medium-sized company based in Greding / Euerwang, Germany. The company was founded as a one-man business by Mr. Willibald Kirschner in 1987, and remains a family business today, operating with around 80 employees in a 5000 m2 production facility.

The experienced team at Kirschner focuses on four primary production areas: CNC machining technology; special machine and fixture construction; measurement technology; and agricultural technology. Offering everything from initial project planning to implementation and production, the company provides quality products, at low prices, with short delivery times.

Kirschner has invested extensively in Haas machine tools for their CNC machining division, with a total of 12 machines, including three Haas turning centers; six VF series vertical machining centers (VF-2 through VF-8, most with 4th-axis capability); and two Haas Universal Machining Centers, a super-speed UMC-750SS, and a UMC-750 with a robot loading system.

“We’re extremely satisfied with the excellent price-performance ratio of the Haas CNC machines,” says Roman König, Managing Director of Kirschner Maschinen- und Metallbau GmbH. Another cornerstone of satisfaction, König adds, is the very good cooperation they have with their local Haas Factory Outlet – a division of WEMAN GmbH. “The service is problem-oriented, with fast response times, so there are no long machine downtimes,” König says.

Kirschner has been working in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 guidelines since 1997, and achieved re-certification to the latest DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 standards in September 2020.
